Our hard-working team processes all orders within 1-3 days of purchase. Please be aware, this can extend during holiday seasons and public holidays.
Some of our products are located and shipped within Australia, with our warehouse located in South Australia, while others are located & shipped from our main warehouse in China. This depends on the levels of stock and demand.
You will typically receive your order within 4–14 business days of placing your order, not accounting for any delays caused by couriers. COVID-19 remains a consideration and may extend some delivery times. Extended delivery times may also result during annual busy periods.
If you are one of the minority whose delivery is delayed, we sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused. Please note, delivery delays most often occur after your products have left our warehouses and are in the hands of the postal services.

Please include your order number so we can verify you. One of our friendly team members will respond within 24-48 hours.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. This email will contain your tracking number to enable you to follow your order while it is in transit.
Please note that our products are not always made in Australia. Our products are typically made in China to ensure you get your useful products at the most affordable prices.
